It's dumb really how lowly wire can turn to art in the hands of some French artists, and look like, well, wire in my two left hands hands. I tried to twist and turn the darn thing and coaxed it into something fabulous. All I ended up with was low self-esteem.
Marie Christophe is an artist whose sculpture-objects are graceful and whimsical. She uses iron wires, ceramic and crystal. Here are a few of her one-of-a-kind chandeliers.
