Spring is definitely here. There is a lot of growth going on, and not always desirable in some cases. I’m referring to yeast, and not the kind you bake bread with. I need to wear oven mitts not to scratch myself to a pulp. (OMG did I really say this? I'm out of control. But I blame it on the yeast.)
Just to let you know the oven mitts make typing veeeryyy sloowww.
I’ve put myself on a strick diet of nothing fun to eat. Nothing fermented, no cheese, no wine, no bread. Nothing sweet, no milk product until this passes. You might as well scratch off (an interesting choice of term) 90% of my diet.
So of course, when I can’t eat, all is left to do is speak about eating, which I’m doing on another blog here. I'm sharing a recipe of lapin à la moutarde, but sans bunny. I use chicken instead and it's deliciously full of all the things I can't have. And that includes the bunnies.
