I'm working on my addictions. I might have to attend a Huffington Post Anonymous. Is there such a thing? It started innocently enough during the election, but now I'm checking it almost every hour, (or more a-hem) only to get slapped silly every time because the economy is Blah, and the deficit is blah, blah, and the blah blah blah blah unemployment is Blahhhhr.
I'm wondering how knowing all this is going to keep me, or anyone, even remotely positive as I go about day to day activities.
I'm officially sick and tired of the ominous mode the country is operating on. Haven't we gotten the memo yet? Negativity Breeds Negativity. You Get More of What you Focus On. One of the beautiful things about this country is its spirit that everything is possible. We can't lose that! Take it from me, I spend half my life in France where people shake their heads and come up with one hundred reasons this won't work the minute you have an idea to do something.
Listen up America. Everything IS possible, still. Just as possible as it was six months ago. More possible in fact now that we have Obama. By the way, he must have gotten the memo. He's going to fix the deficit. The deficit!!!! How about that? You can't beat that can do attitude of his.
Well, if Barack can feel this confident about his administration, I can at least reduce my Huffington mania to twice a day (I'm in agony right now... must.. click... must....)
By the way talking about addictions, I finally got a face book page. Ironic I know.
And to all of you still in blizzards and snowstorm: Hang on!
Nice color indeed. Spring is around the color. Physically and metaphorically. Arianna for President, anyone?

Far out we must become facebook friends!! My group is full of CONservitives and I need all the help I can get. Keep the faith the more I listen to our president the more I believe in him (is that even possible because I totally believe in him).

Beautiful photos -- the colors make me so happy. I'll be curious to hear about your experience with Facebook. I am a lazy Facebook participant (not at all like husband, who checks several times a day) but do enjoy the chance to keep up with long-lost friends from far-flung parts of the world....

Hurray! for positivity. We can do it ALL and we can do it well and we can do it NOW! Wow, that quickly turned into my own affirmation. Well, they say it starts at home.

Well at least the Americans have a great President. Our Prime Minister is still allowing big bonuses to be paid to the banks. I mean what's that about - we bail them out and then give them a treat.
I joined facebook so I could see all the pictures of our grandchildren that our kids upload, it's easier than by email.
