I can resist chocolate but I cannot resist flower paintings, here are a few of the paintings around my house.

Bought for ten dollars at a garage sale.

Seen on a trip to Carpenteria california, then bought a year later, can't believe it was still there. I had never gotten it out of my mind. I guess it was patiently waiting for me.
Painted by my friend Anna, who somehow refuses to see herself as an artist (!)
Found somewhere grungy, and it shows.
A bad picture of a lovely bouget with a history. Once upon a time I could not get pregant. A mysterious Los Angeles chinese doctor helped me conceived (when in vitro and everything else had failed.) and then took this painting off her wall and simply gave it to me when I mentioned loving it.
I painted the next two. They are really copies of thumbnails pictures found in an old Pottery Barn catalogue. The paintings were not for sale but I had to have'm. You know that craving, so I made'em. Don't look too close.
I'll post more on flickr. nite nite.

Oh, I love your flower paintings!! I too am a huge fan of flower paintings and still life paintings for that matter!
